Delete your Bull VPN account
This page is the web resource to request deletion of your Bull VPN app account (including for Google Play requirements). You can delete without reinstalling the app — you only need a browser and your access key.
What is deleted
- your Bull VPN account and key-based access;
- linked devices;
- cabinet profile data;
- related support tickets (or de-identification of them).
We may briefly retain limited records when required by law (for example payment fragments). See the Privacy Policy for details.
Delete your account yourself
- Open bullvpn.net/en/login.
- Sign in with your Bull VPN access key.
- Go to Cabinet → Profile.
- Under “Delete account”, confirm deletion (follow the on-screen steps).
If you cannot sign in
Use Support after signing in, or message Telegram @vpnbull_bot with text such as “Bull VPN account deletion request” and your key prefix (not the full key). We will process the request within a reasonable time.
Google Play subscription
Deleting your Bull VPN account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop charges: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bull VPN → Cancel.
In the app
The Bull VPN app also provides deletion via cabinet / profile (or a link to this page). The web path above works even if the app is uninstalled.
