Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Bull VPN (the “Service”): the website bullvpn.net, Bull VPN apps (including the Google Play version), and related features. By installing the app, creating a key, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Bull VPN provides encrypted VPN access and a user cabinet. Access is by unique key, without a required email. Features depend on a trial or a paid plan (including plans bought through Google Play).
2. Account and key
- You are responsible for keeping your key and devices that store it secure.
- Do not share the key beyond your plan’s device limit, or sell / rent access to others.
- We may limit or block access if we suspect abuse, key compromise, or a breach of these Terms.
3. Trial
The trial is time-limited. When it ends, VPN access turns off until payment; cabinet access may remain. Trial details may change; the current terms appear at sign-up and in the cabinet.
4. Payments and subscriptions (website — YooKassa, app — Google Play)
- Website payments on bullvpn.net are processed by YooKassa. Card details are handled by YooKassa; we receive payment status and ids to update your subscription.
- By choosing a period and paying, you purchase VPN access for that term (1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months). The price is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm.
- Auto-renew (auto-debit): if you enable the option and give separate consent, the payment method may be saved with YooKassa and the Service may charge the same amount/period until you disable auto-renew. Disable it in the cabinet or via Support. Turning it off does not refund an already started period.
- Refund rules: bullvpn.net/legal/refunds.
- In-app purchases via Google Play are processed by Google under Google Play Terms and refund policies. Manage subscriptions in Google Play settings. Deleting the Bull VPN app or account does not cancel a Google Play subscription by itself.
- Prices and plan features may change; for an already paid period, the terms at purchase generally apply unless law or YooKassa / store rules require otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate the law;
- attack, scan, or disrupt Service infrastructure;
- distribute malware, spam, or engage in fraud;
- bypass device limits or gain unauthorized access;
- harm other users or networks.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of the place from which you connect.
6. Intellectual property
Bull VPN name, design, software, and materials are protected. You receive a limited license to use the Service for personal use under these Terms — not to copy, modify, or resell the Service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for reliability but do not warrant uninterrupted service, specific speeds, that every site or app will work through the VPN, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bull VPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or downtime arising from use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event (or the minimum required by law).
9. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time: deletion instructions. After deletion, key-based access ends. This does not replace cancelling an active Google Play subscription.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and the Service. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, unless law requires otherwise.
